For your information 'Playas del Duque' is located front line beach just to the side of the port where the largest of the yachts are moored, an ideal 3 to 4 minute stroll to the port. Each of the 'Casas' (Houses/Blocks) surround the beautiful large manicured sub tropical gardens which include 3 swimming pools and 2 restaurants. 'Andalucia del Mar' also beach front and is located next door to PdD just across the pedestrian avenue and again has nice gardens with 2 pools. Las Gaviotas with its fine gardens and 3 swimming pools is located second line across the street from Playas del Duque. All 3 residences are within very easy walking distance of all that Puerto Banus has to offer. The PYR Apart-Hotel with two swimming pools is located in the town centre but still only 3 to 4 minutes walk to the beaches and port area. Coral Beach with its restaurant and garden swimming pools is located on a tranquil beach, part of the Golden Mile, about 15 to 20 minutes stroll along the paseo and new foot bridge to Puerto Banus centre and port.
